GOMACO Corporation is Hiring an International Sales Coordinator Near Grove, IA
The International Sales Coordinator works with District Sales Representatives on technical questions, quote texts, and pricing. The position processes factory orders and change orders for international customers and coordinates shipping as needed. The position has a broad-based knowledge of international sales, shipping, communications and related systems.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with District Sales Representatives and dealers on technical applications and quotes.
Organize all international machine order details needed to produce and process a factory order
Coordinate with factory to meet customer expectations
Assist customer with factory and job site visits
Assist with all aspects of shipping requirements
Work with dealers and customers on machine issues
Provide assistance for special projects and to other departments as needed
Limited amount of travel required
QUALIFICATIONS
A broad-based knowledge in international shipping, communications and related systems
High attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
Highly motivated with appropriate training in basic sales techniques
Ability to work with deadlines
Strong social communication skills and an ability to negotiate and communicate effectively with international clients and vendors
Strong PC knowledge with MS Office experience
Ability to comprehend, retain and complete assigned duties and instructions.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree in International Business preferred
