Overview:

The Dishwasher performs a number of kitchen activities under supervision of the Dietary Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Wash dishes, utensils, and pots
• Operate dish washing equipment
• Distribute and store clean pots, dishes, and utensils
• Clean and sanitize production equipment and work surfaces

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Fundamental understanding of sanitation, cleanliness and personal hygiene
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
