Responsibilities:
The Housekeeper maintains assigned areas in a clean sanitary, orderly and attractive condition providing a suitable environment for the care of patients and staff in accordance with established policies and procedures and in a manner consistent with the philosophy and objectives of Glen Oaks Hospital.
Glen Oaks Hospital is a 54-bed private mental health hospital in a relaxed setting in Greenville, Texas. Our comfortable, homelike atmosphere is conducive to healing for the adults and seniors we treat. Our greatest asset is the staff, comprised of psychiatrists, professional nurses, social workers and therapists. These individuals work as a team to uphold Glen Oaks Hospital’s reputation for excellence in helping patients resolve mental health and addiction problems. For nearly 30 years, Glen Oaks Hospital has been a leader in the field of mental health and chemical dependency care, and our staff is dedicated to researching the latest treatment approaches and applying this to our overall treatment philosophy.
Qualifications:
Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience: One (1) year experience in a hospital or school setting preferred.
Licensure: Must have or obtain SafeServ / Food Handler's Certificate within 30 days of hire date.
