Job Description

As a Teller, you will play a key role in the Member journey by welcoming guests into the branch, providing routine information, and directing them to the appropriate service area.

Your responsibilities will include processing financial transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, account transfers, and loan payments.

Additionally, you will respond to inquiries, identify Member needs, and recommend suitable products and services to enhance their financial well-being.

Your prompt, professional, and courteous support will contribute to a positive Member experience.

Responsibilities :

• Greet and welcome guests to the branch, offering routine information, and guiding them to the relevant service area as part of the Member Journey.
• Receive and efficiently process various financial transactions, both in the branch lobby and through the drive-thru, including deposits, withdrawals, account transfers, and loan payments.
• Respond to Member inquiries and promptly address their requests.
• Identify Member needs and recommend appropriate product and service solutions to improve their financial health.

Qualifications

• Minimum of six months of customer or member service experience in a financial institution OR retail experience in a sales environment.
• A passion for building relationships and delivering exceptional service.
• Proficiency in educating Members about and making referrals to Credit Union products and services.
• Competence in utilizing PCs, software, Microsoft Applications, and other office equipment.

Additional Information

Salary : This position ranges from $15.00 to $17.00 per hour.
