What You'll Do
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies and systems to meet the organization's hiring needs.
- Utilize the latest recruiting technology and AI tools to identify and attract qualified candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and implement efficient recruitment processes.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and trends to continuously improve recruitment strategies and systems.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, with a focus on creating and implementing recruitment systems.
- Proficient in using up-to-date recruiting technology and AI tools to enhance the recruitment process.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to take initiative and drive results.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Competitive salary range between $100k - $150k dependent on experience
