Inventory Clerk
Pride Health is hiring an Inventory Clerk for one of its clients in North Carolina.
This is a 3-month contract with a possible extension with competitive pay and benefits.
Location – Greensboro, North Carolina– 27401
Pay range - $25 - $30 per hour.
Length of assignment – 3 months (With possible extension)
Shift – Mon- Fri (8 Am to 5 pm)
Job Duties
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder stock as needed.
- Update inventory records in the database or inventory management system.
- Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against purchase orders.
- Inspect received items for damages and discrepancies.
- Label and organize inventory in designated storage areas.
- Stock shelves and storage areas with new merchandise.
- Organize inventory to maximize space and accessibility.
- Rotate stock to ensure older items are used first (FIFO/LIFO)
- Maintain detailed records of inventory movements, including receipts, returns, and adjustments.
- Generate reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of documentation for shipping and returns.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5 years of experience in inventory analytics
- Strong Excel skills
- Lawson - Infor experience
- Understanding of cycle counting, supply receiving and purchasing is preferred.
- COVID-19 and Flu vaccine is required.
