Description

The Quality Control Inspector Level 1 position is an important part of ATMI-Indy’s Quality Assurance System. The Quality Control Inspector is held accountable for accurate inspections and reporting of manufactured product against industry standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The following are included; other duties may be assigned.

· Perform pre-pour and post-pour inspections against industry tolerances, both dimensional and aesthetic.

· Testing concrete against company and industry design tolerances.

· Concrete strength testing.

· Completing and filing reports in a timely manner.

· Able to communicate effectively with all levels of management.

· Assist with the development and implementation of production improvements.

· Complete ACI Level 1 certification.

Requirements

 · Blueprint reading.

· Ability to use and read a measuring tape.

· Basic mathematical skills.

· Acceptable attendance history.

· Flexible start times.

· Task prioritization. 

· Time management.

Hours: 

· Typically, 40 hours per week; overtime may be required.

· Some Saturdays may be required
