TMHNA is undertaking an aggressive digital transformation designed to add unprecedented efficiency to its operation and improve the customer experience for its large customer base. As a part of this digital transformation, TMHNA is developing and installing a highly integrated Dealer Management System (DMS) across its entire dealer network. The platform will be highly integrated with our corporate system and will connect data and information across dealer territories.

About our department:

Our department's role is to cultivate good relationships with TMHNA dealerships while ensuring governance, integrity, accuracy, and timely completion of all requirements for Data and S&SC systems.

About the position:

We're looking for a Business Intelligence Data Analyst who will be responsible for working with various teams in the department on BI reports for the Dealer DMS system, analyzing data to help make business decisions, and engaging with stakeholders to understand processes, data needs, challenges, and opportunities.

You will:

• Maintain BI report offerings
• Coordinate and execute upgrade pathway for legacy BI reports
• Work with data analytics team, data architect, and EDM team for collaboration on all things data
• Leverage Snowflake to proficiently analyze, retrieve, and cleanse data, contributing to data integrity and accuracy
• Define new data collection needs and analyze processes
• Gather requirements and perform data gap analyses
• Identify patterns and trends
• Manage data solution projects

About the schedule: This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule upon completion of training and orientation period (2 day in office/3 days remote). This position will also include travel approximately 25% of the time.

About you:

• A bachelor's degree is preferred
• At least six years of related experience is required, including experience working with business groups and using data to unlock business value
• Snowflake, Python, Agile methodologies, strong SQL skills
• Experience leading business solution projects
• Understanding of data governance concepts is beneficial
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills
• Able to work to deadlines

About the total compensation package:

Salary - $73,310 - $96,557 per year. Compensation commensurate with selected candidates experience and skills.

Relocation - This position may qualify for relocation.
