Job Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Resident Assistant to join our team. The Resident Assistant will provide support and assistance to residents in a senior living community.

Duties:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
- Monitor and document changes in residents' health or behavior
- Assist with medication administration under the direction of healthcare professionals
- Help residents with meal preparation and dining
- Support residents with dementia care and behavior management
- Engage residents in social activities and programs
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and family members to ensure the well-being of residents

Requirements:
- Experience working with seniors or individuals with developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of nursing home procedures and protocols
- Ability to lift and move residents when necessary
- Familiarity with systems for documenting resident care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Certification in medication administration is a plus

Hiring all shifts!! $2/hr weekend differential, $1/hr 3rd shift differential
