Responsibilities:

- Manage all aspects of front of house operations at The Bar in Green Bay.
- Oversee a team of bartenders and servers, ensuring they are properly trained and providing excellent customer service.
- Create schedules and handle staffing needs, including hiring and training of new employees.
- Monitor inventory and ordering of bar supplies, ensuring adequate stock and minimizing waste.
- Work with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate placement of food and drink orders.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns, resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area, including tables, bar, and restrooms.
- Develop and implement promotions and specials to increase business and attract customers.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions, ensuring accuracy and proper reconciliation of tills and deposits.
- Enforce all safety and health codes, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for staff and customers.
- Conduct regular meetings with front of house staff to communicate updates, gather feedback, and address any issues.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices, implementing new ideas and strategies to enhance the customer experience.
