Signia is Hiring a Call Center Agent Near Greeley, CO

SIGNIA is actively hiring in the Greeley, Loveland, and Fort Collins area.

Looking for a fun laid-back environment to work in? Look no further! Signia Marketing is looking for outgoing Agents to join our Call Center Team.

PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE JOB POSTING BEFORE APPLYING.

Handles omnichannel interactions: Voice Calls (Outbound), Chat, SMS, and E-mail.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Meet daily attendance and schedule requirements.
  • Meet Daily/Weekly/Monthly performance goals as set by the program.
  • Meet daily time clock to system sign-in variance.
  • Must be able to follow scripts verbatim (if required).
  • Handle interactions in a timely and professional manner following defined training processes.

Requirements:

  • Must be available to work a weekend day.
  • Must be available for days or evenings depending on business needs.
  • Must be able to read and write English.

Qualifications:

  • 1- year Customer Service and/or Sales (Preferred)
  • Basic computing and typing skills
  • Good Verbal skills

Pay:

  • $15.00 Per Hour
  • Semi-Monthly Pay Periods
  • Bilingual Bonus of $1 hr when working on Bilingual Projects
  • Referral Bonus -$150 when referral hits 200 hours
  • Sign-on Bonus - $150 bonus. $50 after completing 80 hours of dialing and the other $100 after hitting 200 hours of dialing

Schedule:

  • Full Time
