Job Summary:

Signia is seeking a motivated and reliable Political Surveyor to join our call center team. The successful candidate will make outbound calls to survey respondents, conduct political surveys, and collect data for our clients’ research and analysis. The Political Survey Surveyor will be expected to maintain high accuracy, attention to detail, and professionalism while adhering to our client’s and Signia’s policies and procedures. Handles omnichannel interactions: Voice Calls (Inbound and Outbound), Chat, SMS, and E-mail.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Meet Daily/Weekly/Monthly performance goals as set by the program.
• Meet daily time clock to system sign-in variance.
• Must be able to follow scripts verbatim (if required).
• Meet daily attendance and schedule requirements.
• Make outbound calls to survey respondents and conduct political surveys using a standardized script.
• Collect accurate and reliable data by asking survey questions and recording responses in our database system.
• Ensure compliance with our organization's policies, procedures, and protocols for data collection and management.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with survey respondents.
• Follow all ethical standards and guidelines for conducting political surveys, including ensuring respondent confidentiality and obtaining informed consent.
• Meet or exceed productivity and quality targets for the number of calls made, surveys completed, and accuracy of data collected.
• Participate in training and development activities to improve surveying skills and knowledge of political issues and current events.
• Collaborate with other survey interviewers and team members to achieve survey research goals and objectives.
• Provide feedback to supervisors and managers on survey responses and trends.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Must be available to work one weekend day.
• Must be available for days or evenings depending on business needs.
• Must be able to read and write English.
• Must be able to work 2 training days in the office.
• Will also need to bring in computers on the first day to prepare to work from home. (Laptop)
• Must live within 45 minutes of our Greeley office.

Computer Requirements:

• Must have either a desktop or laptop running Microsoft Windows with a minimum of 4GB of RAM.
• Must have High-Speed Internet and be able to plug directly into your router for the best internet connection. Use of Wi-Fi is not allowed.
• Must have either a headset or earbuds for making calls.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college or relevant coursework is preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center environment, preferably in a political survey or research role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data collection and recording.
• Familiarity with political issues, campaigns, and elections.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team to achieve survey research goals.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and interacting with a diverse range of survey respondents.

Pay:

• $15.00 Per Hour
• Semi-Monthly Pay Periods
• Bilingual Bonus of $1 hr when working on Bilingual Projects

Training:

• Must be able to attend a 2-day in-house training session held at our office located at 5754 W 11 St, Suite 201, Greeley Colorado 80634
