Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by preparing and serving beverages in a timely and efficient manner. Your knowledge of mixology, attention to detail, and friendly demeanor will contribute to creating a positive and enjoyable experience for our patrons. Responsibilities: - Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner - Take drink orders from customers and provide recommendations when needed - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences - Ensure that the bar area is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times - Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines - Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register or POS system - Engage with customers, answer questions, and address any concerns or complaints - Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol service - Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food orders for customers seated at the bar - Maintain a clean work environment by cleaning glasses, utensils, and bar equipment Qualifications: - Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role is preferred but not required - Knowledge of mixology techniques and drink recipes - Familiarity with retail math and basic math skills for cash handling - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with diverse clientele - Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining composure - Knowledge of brewing techniques is a plus - Experience in banquet or food service settings is an advantage Please note that all positions at our establishment are paid positions.
