Responsibilities:

- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
- Conduct financial audits and ensure accuracy in financial reporting
- Utilize QuickBooks or similar software for accounting tasks
- Prepare financial statements and reports for review
- Reconcile balance sheets and general ledgers
- Handle Lender Syndication accounting procedures
- Perform journal entries and bank reconciliations

Experience:

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

- Proven experience in accounts payable, financial auditing, and financial statement preparation
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Strong knowledge of balance sheet reconciliation and governmental accounting practices
- Ability to perform accurate journal entries and bank reconciliations
