Sletten Construction is Hiring a Staff Accountant Near Great Falls, MT
Duties & Responsibilities
- Initial setup of each job in each division with the proper job numbers, administrative access, phase codes, and GL codes
- Weekly job cost recording
- Labor cost reports and user training
- Vista/Team security set up and maintenance Assist with audits, including:
- Corporate, Retirement, and Union audits
- Assist with renewals on State (multiple) licensing and registrations
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliation processes, including:
- Accounts receivable
- Assist with GL account reconciliation
- Serve as a backup for Credit Card administration and management
- Participate in vendor accounts receivable process
- Assist with accounting and administration of Company provided retirement plans
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or comparable field of study
- Experience with licensing and registrations is preferred
- Experience with Microsoft office products
- Vista experience is preferred but not required
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills
- Developed office management and organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills
- This position reports to the CFO and Controller
- Office location is in Great Falls, MT
- Office environment requires sitting and standing
