NxGen MDx is Hiring a Sales Operations Analyst Near Grand Rapids, MI

Position summary:
The Sales Operations Analyst performs market and payor research and analysis to identify company, competitor, sales, and payer/market trends. Also makes recommendations and provides strategies based on their analysis to increase profitability. The Sales Operations Analyst monitors product performance and recommends alterations to meet sales forecasts.

Essential Responsibilities:
1. Liaising with different departments to come up with improvement strategies.
2. Setting targets and business goals and working alongside the team to achieve these goals.
3. Observing existing staff and operations, and developing strategies for improved efficiency and profit, as well as cost reduction.
4. Gathers, analyzes, and delivers information from the field to allow the company to develop strategies and products to better serve the market.
5. Evaluates industry and payer trends for improved efficiency and profit.
6. Provides monthly and quarterly reimbursement and medical policy analysis
7. Creates and maintains reporting and analytics essential to tracking business development and operational efficiency.

Education & Experience:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Statistics, Marketing or related field.
2. Experience with Tableau, required.
3. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Applications.
4. Proficiency in medical terminology.
5. Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management Systems and Laboratory Information Systems, preferred.
6. Experience analyzing and cleaning data sets, automating processes, and optimizing data,
preferred.
