Hours: 36
Shift: 7am - 7:30pm (Every Friday, Saturday and Sunday)
Travel rate: $18 hr, $27 ot, $962.01 per diem = $1,610 weekly gross
Local rate: $40.28 hr, $60.42 = $1,450 weekly gross
Certs: MI LPN license, BLS
Experience: rehab, skilled nursing facility, LTC - 2 years\
