What does an Administrative Coordinator do?

The Administrative Coordinator will offer comprehensive administrative support to the Employment Resources Department. This includes tasks such as screening calls, directing visitors, editing time cards, approving payroll, tracking TTW payments, monitoring program hours for staff, and assisting with Identigo fingerprinting, as well as any assigned job coaching duties.

Qualifications:

  • A High School Diploma or GED with three years of related experience is required.
  • An associate's degree in secretarial or administrative assistant field is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required.
  • A valid NYS driver's license that meets Agency standards is required.
