We are seeking an experienced Office Operations Manager. We are an extremely busy custom glass & mirror shop(construction) servicing the Roaring Fork Valley. We have an office of 5, that is in need of a manager to come in and help streamline operations, assist the owner and other managers, handle customer service, handle day to day operations and office management, and manage the employees in the office. This is a full time position, M-F, and it is not remote. We are seeking a very confident manager that is willing and able to learn about glass and construction based skills, and learn management software and glass systems in order to best assist the office and crews going out. The duties will include general office duties including answering phones, scheduling, placeing orders, emailing, scanning, filing, assisting with project management, data entry, customer service, taking payments, working closely with project managers and crews to ensure timely installs and ensuring correct products are ordered and received. This position will assist the general manager and owners in day to day operations.
