Case Manager-Cradle of Hope, Inc.

Cradle of Hope, Inc. Located in Glenside, PA is a faith-based organization that provides high quality housing and programming for single mothers and children experiencing homelessness. A Bachelor’s Degree in social work or a related field is required. Case Management experience with at-risk mothers and their babies and/or teens/young adults is preferred. Experience with trauma informed care and working within the framework of a client-centered and strength-based approach preferred. 36 hours per week, 3-4 days, 1-2 evenings.
