Join Our Team : Laborer Position at RWC Construction!Company : RWC CONSTRUCTION Job Title : LaborerJob Type : Full-timeAvailability : Monday-Friday 7 : 00am - 5 : 30pm.
Occasional weekends and overtime.Hours : 40 hour work week. 4 - 10 hour shifts.Salary : Hourly Position - $20-25 / hr (paid weekly)Location : In-Person - at Jobsite, generally in San Fernando Valley, Malibu and Chatsworth area.
Must be able to travel with own personal vehicleJob Summary : RWC Construction is seeking a reliable and hardworking Laborer to join our team.
This role is essential for maintaining clean and organized job sites, assisting skilled laborers, and ensuring safety standards are met.
If you have a strong work ethic and are physically capable of manual labor, we encourage you to apply.Key Responsibilities : -Job Site Maintenance : Ensure the job site is cleaned, tools are set up / put away, and the site is securely locked daily.
- Time Tracking : Accurately track time daily and report any time card errors or injuries to your supervisor, as well as on your daily sign-out.
- Safety Compliance : Understand and abide by company safety standards on all job sites.Skills, Qualifications and Knowledge : -Exhibit RWC's core values.
- 1-2 years of full-time experience required.-Physically capable of manual labor (able to pass a physical exam).-Ability to follow verbal directions.
- Ability to work well with others.-Must be able to work alone and unsupervised.-Own transportation to and from the job site.
- Clean DMV record and valid Driver's license.-Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently (Spanish is an asset).-Able to complete the task list in the order given.
