*** Please Note - As an applicant for this position, we are looking for the following:
Ability to work any shift on any day
Ability to work weekends/holidays
Ability to provide coverage for scheduled vacation time
Timely responses to supervisor regarding shift work
Security experience is a plus.

PalAmerican Security - Immediate Dispensary Security Officer

Join PalAmerican Security as a Dispensary Security Officer and be part of a team dedicated to ensuring the security and safety of the assigned site. Your role will involve maintaining a physical presence, enforcing rules, responding to emergencies, and engaging with the public to offer assistance.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Maintain the security and safety of the site through regular patrols
- Actively enforce rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
- Respond to emergency situations requiring security assistance
- Provide superior customer care and contribute positively to the facility's atmosphere
- Engage with the public to offer assistance and directions
- Keep accurate logs and write detailed reports on incidents
- Prevent unauthorized access to the area and items within
- Monitor closed-circuit television for potential issues
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently
- Commitment to the well-being of others
- Proficiency in using computer systems and applications
Education and Experience:
- Must be 21 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of related experience required
- Active Security license or ability to obtain one
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting and/or standing for up to 4 hours
- Foot patrol and ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times
- Must stay alert at all times
