Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Golf Professional to join our team. As a Golf Professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional golf instruction and customer service to our members and guests. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about golf and enjoy sharing their knowledge and expertise with others.

Duties:
- Conduct individual and group golf lessons for players of all skill levels
- Develop personalized training programs to help golfers improve their technique and performance
- Provide guidance on proper golf etiquette, rules, and course management strategies
- Assist with organizing and coordinating golf tournaments and events
- Conduct club fittings and assist with equipment recommendations
- Maintain a clean and organized golf shop
- Assist with the daily operations of the golf facility, including managing tee times, checking in players, and maintaining accurate records

Experience:
- Previous experience as a Golf Professional or similar role is preferred
- Strong knowledge of golf techniques, rules, and equipment
- Experience working with students of all ages and skill levels
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service

Skills:
- Behavior management: Ability to effectively manage behavior in a professional manner
- Experience working with students: Previous experience working with students in a coaching or instructional role is preferred
- Sports coaching: Knowledge of coaching principles and techniques in various sports
