Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, networking events, and social media.
- Utilize the ATS system to track and manage the recruitment process.
- Conduct initial screening of candidates, including background checks, to assess their suitability for the role.
- Manage the hiring processes, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Facilitate interviews and other hiring activities to ensure a positive experience for candidates.
- Coordinate with the People Operations/HR team to determine ongoing staffing needs.
- Utilize the Careerbuilder platform for posting job ads and sourcing candidates.
- Handle other HR tasks related to recruitment, such as benefit functions and onboarding new hires.
- Strong documentation skills
- Experience in managing Interviewing and Hiring Processes
- Ability to conduct Background Checks without discrimination
