Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.

Responsibilities:

- Work with Accounts Payable/Receivable

- Payroll

- Reconciling bank statements and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions

- Preparing financial reports, including balance sheets and financial statements

- Assisting with tax preparation and audits

- Analyzing financial data and providing insights to support decision-making

- Maintaining accurate and complete general ledger accounting

Experience:

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

- Proficiency in Quickbooks, MS Excel, (Optional, not necessary: Bill.com and Bid 2 Win)

- Strong understanding of financial concepts and practices

- Experience with general ledger reconciliation and account analysis

- Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements

- Ability to perform balance sheet reconciliations effectively

Preferred Skills:

- Previous experience in accounts payable processes

- Familiarity with general ledger accounting practices
