We at Montaque Cleaning services are looking for a Janitor to join our team and help keep the location assigned clean, sanitized and organized. We we specialize in professional cleaning services in homes and also commercial cleanings. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the office, facilitity or home assigned. The Responsibility is including vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and other cleaning duties as assigned. The Janitor will also be expected to take out the trash, replenish supplies, and perform other tasks as needed. We are looking for an individual who is reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain office areas, including bathrooms, break rooms, and other common areas.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
- Empty trash cans and recycling bins.
- Clean windows and mirrors.
- Dust furniture and other surfaces.
- Maintain janitorial supplies and equipment.
- Report to any maintainace issues to supervisor. (no repairs to furniture and fixtures required.)
- Home Cleanings can include bed rooms, kitchen, living room, bethrooms, dining room, laundry and patio.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisior or manager.
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Contract
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 30 per week
