Wanted: Weight Loss Consultant for rapidly expanding, integrated medical clinic. Must be a highly energetic, enthusiastic, cheerful, and outgoing individual. Prefer you have 4 legs, 8 arms and the ability to do 10 things at once. Immediate part time position open 9:00-12:00 M-W-F and 3:00-6:00 M-Tu-W-Th.

We are seeking a dedicated Weight Loss Consultatant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about promoting healthy lifestyles and guiding individuals towards achieving their weight loss goals through personalized coaching and support.

**Responsibilities:**

- Conduct consultations and develop personalized weight loss program based on clients' needs

- Recommend and sell the appropriate weight loss program/products/services to the client.

- Perform weekly check-ins to weigh and measure the client to determine progress.

- Provide guidance on nutrition, exercise, stress management, and overall well-being

- Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to inspire clients to make positive lifestyle changes

- Educate clients on behavioral health strategies and weight loss techniques

- Collaborate with clients to set achievable health goals and track progress

- Regulary add content to our private weight loss Facebook page

- Work closely with the doctors and other team members to coordinate care plans

**Qualifications:**

- Experience in the weight loss field or strong desire to learn

- Knowledge of nutrition, fitness, and wellness principles

- Ability to create and implement effective weight loss programs for clients

- Ability to successfully sell those weight loss programs to the clients

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
