Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Night Auditor to join our team at a hotel in providing exceptional guest experiences. The Night Auditor will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during the night shift.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct night audit procedures efficiently and accurately
- Manage the front desk and assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Process reservations and cancellations using the hotel management system
- Balance and close out daily financial transactions accurately
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures
- Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activities

- Help for setting up breakfast at night and monitor as necessary

- Help with setting up meeting rooms, clean up as per provided guideline

- Any other tasks assigned by manager

Skills:

- Experience in front desk operations, guest services, and hotel management
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on guest relations
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and practices
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling phone systems
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
