AtWork Personnel Services is Hiring a Construction Estimator Near Gastonia, NC

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented construction estimator to advise on the foreseeable cost of each of our major developments. To this end, the construction estimator should obtain all relevant project specifications, determine the most appropriate building materials, and secure favorable prices on all resources. You should also inspect the trends in construction to determine whether your estimate is both reasonable and competitive.

  • Collecting all documents, including property plans, technical drawings& project specifications
  • Study documentation, inspect construction site fully to see what work is required
  • Decide on appropriate human & material for each project
  • Outline work plan
  • Draft proposals that detail material, cost, and time frames.
  • Meet with clients to discuss thoughts and concerns.

Requirements:

  • Interior trim, door and hardware experience
  • Experience in Project Management
  • Experience as a construction estimator
  • Forcast the ost of high -ticket involved building developments
  • knowledge of technical and nontechnical documents
  • Outstandng research and proposa writing
  • Negotiate with seasoned Sales Personnel
  • Dependable, conscientious, and well spoken

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
