Job Brief

We are looking for an enthusiastic person to help generate sales by calling, and answering requests in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities Include

• Cold calling people using a given phone directory and transfer to a licensed agent
• Answer calls from prospective customers when they call back
• Ask pertinent questions to understand the customers requirements
• Persuade the prospect to speak with a licensed agent
• Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales

Requirements and skills

• Proficient in English
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Working knowledge or relevant computer programs

• Patient and able to handle customer rejection
