Role Overview: The Associate Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in driving our B2B marketing efforts. This position requires a versatile professional who can seamlessly transition between digital, event, and traditional marketing channels.
Responsibilities:
- Digital Marketing:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (website, social media, email, etc.).
- Optimize SEO and SEM strategies to enhance online visibility.
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Event Marketing:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute industry-specific events, seminars, and trade shows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution.
- Leverage events to generate leads and strengthen client relationships.
- Traditional Marketing:
- Create compelling content for print materials, brochures, and advertisements.
- Manage direct mail campaigns and other traditional marketing initiatives.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
- Video for social media.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B marketing, bonus if in the construction or HVAC industry.
- Proficiency in the following tools:
- Hubspot
- Microsoft 365
- Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Self-starting and able to work with minimal supervision.
