Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree / Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • Strong interest in business operations and organizational efficiency.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role preferred.

Skills:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Advanced organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with the ability to learn new software.
  • Capable of multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, with a keen eagerness to take on challenges and learn rapidly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize documents to ensure the executive team operates smoothly.
  • Develop and implement administrative systems that enhance office efficiency.
  • Monitor departmental goals using tracking systems and provide essential insights for strategic planning.
  • Maintain compliance with industry standards, including Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in the preparation and support of internal and external audits, upholding the company's standards and integrity.
  • Track and report on quality metrics, directly impacting product quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle and document customer complaints, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and compliance with regulations is maintained.
  • Tackle additional responsibilities and support diverse projects as needed to meet evolving organizational priorities.

Training and Development:

  • Begin with a comprehensive onboarding program to familiarize you with our operations and core values.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities designed to deepen your skills and knowledge.
