Business Process Support Specialist I

Description :

0-3 years Experience in role. 'Summary : Performs assigned tasks as a member of a Support team, with warranty business process to achieve business objectives by following process definition, reporting, and documentation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Supports Warranty Business Process and Various Administration Processes
  • Promotes teamwork and cooperative effort
  • Provides internal and external customers with the highest quality of services and communication.
  • Understands and applies appropriate process continuous improvement. Minimum

Qualifications / Experience :

  • AA degree in Business Administration with coursework in Business or Quality related fields.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency in computer skills including use of the Internet.
  • Ability to quickly learn and work in various computer system applications.
  • Professional communication for customer collaboration.
