We offer a full continuum of care campus, which includes Seminary Estates Retirement Apartments, Hawthorne Inn Assisted Living, Seminary Manor Skilled Nursing, our Bounce Back Rehabilitation Program, AJ's Fitness Center and Wellness Program, and Garden Court Alzheimer's/Dementia Care. We are committed to providing a wide variety of services to meet the needs of our residents.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Nursing at Seminary Manor. The Director of Nursing will be responsible for managing and overseeing the nursing department, ensuring the delivery of quality care and services to our residents. This includes coordinating and supervising nursing staff, implementing and monitoring infection control protocols, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals. The Director of Nursing will also be responsible for maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Nursing Management and Nursing skills
- Experience in infection control and long-term care
- Knowledge of medicine and healthcare regulations
- Strong leadership and management abilities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Current RN license
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field, Master's degree preferred
