Responsibilities:

• Lead and support our amazing nursing staff
• Help develop and enforce nursing policies with a smile
• Coordinate care plans for our wonderful residents
• Ensure we're following all the rules (but still having fun)
• Keep an eye on the purse strings and manage our department budget like a pro
• Jump into quality improvement initiatives with enthusiasm

Qualifications:

• Hold a Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required, Master's preferred (but if you're awesome, we can talk!)
• Friendly, supportive leadership style
• Know your way around healthcare regulations
• Experience in nursing leadership roles (bonus points for being a team player)
