Cotto, The Modern Italian is Hiring a Server/Bartender Near Gainesville, GA
Established in 2023, Cotto Modern Italian offers our guests an upscale, contemporary dining experience, with dishes inspired by Italian regions ranging from as far north as Lombardy, to Campana, and to as far south as Sicily!
With an inspiration from old family recipes, our menu selections have been carefully curated by Cotto’s own, Chef Scott Kinsey and Chef Raffaele Crispino, We offer traditional Italian dishes; fresh and imported Italian pastas; homemade focaccia bread and pizza dough; made-from-scratch sauces; and wood-fired Neapolitan-style pizza baked, in an authentic pizza oven imported from Italy.
The bar menu consists of specialty hand-crafted, Italian-inspired cocktails, as well as of over 50 wines, with a high concentration from Italian regions.
Olive oil is a staple in Italian cuisine, and the restaurant logo and inspiration behind the interior design is symbolic to the “olive branch” which stands for peace and friendship. We strive to achieve a hospitable and comfortable dining experience, where guests can feel at peace while eating pasta and sipping on vino at Cotto Modern Italian.
