Universal Energy Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Operations Analyst to join our team. As an Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing and improving our business operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
At Universal Energy Solutions, we are committed to providing sustainable energy solutions to our clients. As an Operations Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, technology, and customer service, to identify areas of improvement and implement solutions to optimize our processes and deliver exceptional service to our customers.
Responsibilities
  • Analyze operational processes and identify areas for improvement
  • Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and measure performance
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define operational procedures
  • Monitor and evaluate operational performance indicators to ensure targets are met
  • Provide recommendations for process optimization and quality improvement
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a relevant field
  • Prior experience in operations analysis or a related role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Knowledge of energy industry operations is a plus
