Are you a skilled HVAC professional looking for an exciting opportunity to lead a team and make a significant impact? A Air Conditioning and Refrigeration is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Residential Installer to join our high-performance team in Gainesville, FL.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?

That is why we offer a competitive pay scale ranging from $25 to $35 per hour and a sign-on bonus of up to $1500 depending on experience.

You will typically work from 7 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM or until the job is complete . During the summer months, work is usually finished between 5 : 30 and 7 : 30 PM.

Occasionally, you'll work weekend shifts as needed.

All that you need is :

• 2 years of experience with copper brazing, low- / high-voltage wiring, and replacing systems
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record
• Dependability
• 2 years of previous experience as an HVAC installer
