Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Body Shop Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive sales, mechanical knowledge, and vehicle maintenance. As a Body Shop Estimator, you will play a crucial role in assessing vehicle damage and providing accurate repair estimates.

Duties:
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to determine the extent of damage
- Prepare detailed repair estimates for customers and insurance companies
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair timelines and cost estimates
- Coordinate with the body shop team to ensure timely and quality repairs
- Utilize automotive diagnostics to identify mechanical issues
- Provide exceptional service writing to document repair processes
- Handle cash transactions related to customer payments

Requirements:
- Prior experience in automotive sales or related field
- Strong mechanical knowledge including shocks, struts, tire service, and alignment
- Proficiency in service writing and cash handling
- Ability to accurately assess vehicle damage and provide detailed estimates
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and insurance representatives
