Job Purpose
Juniper, the Beautiful new Rooftop Restaurant, located atop AC Hotel by Marriott Greenville Downtown is seeking an experienced, energetic, hardworking Bartender. If you like to tend bar in a busy, exciting atmosphere, Juniper is the place to be!
Essential Job Functions
- Serving guests in a friendly, professional manner to ensure a great guest experience
- Mixing craft cocktails according to our ever-evolving cocktail menu, in addition to serving wine and beer.
- Sharing knowledge with guests about our beverages, as well as our full menu.
- Making sure that the food and cocktails we serve, are of high quality and are pleasing to our guests.
- Following cash handling responsibilities as dictated by AURO Hotels’ policy, ensuring that checks are rung up correctly.
- Having full knowledge of liquor laws
- Being responsible for the daily maintenance and cleanliness of the bar before, during and after shift.
- Being responsible for profitable bar cost by accurate measurement of product.
- Must be able to read, write, understand and speak English.
Experience/Education
High school diploma or general education degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
