Are you an experienced Floor Technician with expertise in waxing VCT tiles? Triad-Tru Maintenance Group LLC (TMG_1Team) is seeking a skilled professional to apply two coats of wax to VCT tiles for a one-time project in Greensboro, NC. Please note that this is a one-day project.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare the surface of VCT tiles by thoroughly cleaning and buffing to remove any dirt, debris, or previous wax buildup.
- Apply two coats of wax evenly across the surface of VCT tiles using appropriate equipment and techniques.
- Allow each coat of wax to dry completely before applying the next coat to ensure a smooth and durable finish.
- Perform final buffing and polishing to enhance the appearance and durability of the waxed VCT tiles.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Floor Technician with specific expertise in waxing VCT tiles.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning and waxing techniques to achieve optimal results.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently to complete the job within the specified timeframe.
