Requirements

• 2 years of customer service, human resources, or similar experience.
• Detail oriented.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Fluency in the use of Microsoft Office products.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Day-to-Day Tasks

• Source, hire, and staff employees based on customer needs.
• Analyze current market trends for recruiting methods.
• Serve as a liaison between the customer and our employees.
• Foster relationships with local organizations and the community.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Deliver human resources services for the client concerning hiring, placing, and intervention of our employees.
