We are a private dental office looking for someone (with previous front office/billing experience) who is dynamic, highly-motivated, positive, and professional for our front office.

Requirements:
-Previous dental billing experience (minimum 2 years preferred)
-Proficient in accurate dental CDT coding and proper claim submission
-Thorough knowledge of PPO dental insurance plans
-Effective communication of insurance benefits and treatment plans to patients
-Follow up with insurance/patients on outstanding claims/collection

- Professional, friendly, and outgoing
- Detail-oriented and well-organized
- Have great phone, conversational, verbal and written skills
- Work well with all members of our fun and professional team
- Be a proactive team player and assist with responsibilities/solve problems independently
- Eaglesoft Experience preferred

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Prepare and present treatment plans
- Greet/check in patients (with superior client service and relationship-building)
- Answer phones and answer patient questions thoroughly
- Schedule patient appointments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
