- strong phone presence and computer skills

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an Insurance Administrator to support customer in the greater Grand Rapids, Mi area. This is a standard 8am-5pm onsite position working in a fast-paced environment. Candidates are expected to process multiple medical applications daily and spend a majority of their time either on the phone or email. Previous experience in customer service and medical field is needed to qualify for this role.

Compensation:

$35,000 to $37,000.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
