Parts Counterperson

Salary: $14-$16/hour based on experience
Freedom Chevrolet is seeking a Parts Counterperson to join our team in Fremont, MI. The ideal candidate will have experience in the automotive industry and possess excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in finding the correct parts for their vehicles
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
- Order and receive parts from suppliers
- Keep inventory organized and up-to-date
- Process payments and returns
- Provide exceptional customer service
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in the automotive industry preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
