• Title: Warehouse Picker/Packer
• Contract: 5 Months (with potential to convert into Perm.)
• Schedule: (06:00:AM - 02:30:PM); Mon - Fri
• Location: Frederick, MD 21704
• PR: $18.50 per hour on W2

Responsibilities:

• Perform various warehouse duties including receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products
• Operate heavy equipment such as cranes and forklifts to move materials and products
• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintain inventory control by conducting regular cycle counts and reconciling discrepancies
• Ensure proper handling of materials to prevent damage or loss
• Follow OSHA guidelines and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment
• Assist with shipping and receiving activities as needed
• Collaborate with team members and warehouse management to optimize warehouse operations

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center is preferred
• Proficient in operating heavy equipment such as cranes and forklifts
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in picking, packing, and inventory control
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory tracking software
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety procedures in a warehouse setting

Job Types: Contract, Temporary

Pay: $18.50 per hour
