• Provide personalized care per resident plans
• Lead engaging resident activities
• Maintain a clean environment and document care activities
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and safety standards

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Graduate of an Approved Nurse Aide Training Program or Eligible for Enrollment
