Mindlance is Hiring a .NET Developer Near Franklin, TN

Location: Franklin, Tennessee 37067 – Hybrid so need local candidate
Duration- Its Contract to hire
Day to Day
This is not 100% development role, this also required support in production
50%-50%, means 50% will be in support – means troubleshooting, joining troubleshooting calls- for an example If there is an issue than this candidate will work mostly 40-50% in trouble-shooting, 20%-30% of their time will go in coding fixing the issue, and remaining 20-30% will go in meetings with other team.
This is not core developer role.
This person will involve in lots of different troubleshooting, debugging. So please make sure with the candidate that they are aware of that.
Debugging the application/software
Its mixed-up technology – some old tech and some new technology
Mostly no weekend work but some time night work – one month- because of rotation
We are looking for the candidate who can hit the ground running from beginning.
Tech Stack that we are looking
Looking mainly for a .NET developer role, ASP.NET
It’s More C#, angular JS and few old tech MVC
Java Script
SQL Server experience
Azure and Kafka experience is plus but not required as they are not the part of core tech stack main focus is C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and Angular.JS
We can consider react but will not prefer as we only work on Angular.
Education: MUST - Bachelor’s degree in computer science/similar engineering fields
CANDIDATE MUST BE AWARE THAT there will be 40-50% of troubleshooting that he going to work
