Prologue is currently working with a prominent philanthropy collective based in the Franklin County, OH area that is seeking an experienced and dynamic Vice President of Philanthropy to join their team heading into June.

Position Summary: As the Vice President of Philanthropy, you will lead the strategic direction and management of philanthropic initiatives, fostering relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring the effective distribution and impact of philanthropic resources. You will be instrumental in advancing the collective’s mission to drive positive social change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive philanthropic strategies that align with the collective's mission and goals.
  • Oversee the management and distribution of philanthropic funds, ensuring they are used effectively and efficiently to maximize impact.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with donors, partners, and other key stakeholders to enhance collaboration and resource mobilization.
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of philanthropic programs, providing regular reports and insights to the executive team and board of directors.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in philanthropy, nonprofit management, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful philanthropic strategies and programs.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on achieving measurable results.
