Harmonic Hot Tubs is Hiring a Shipping/Receiving Lead Near Franklin, KY
The Shipping and Receiving Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing the shipment and receipt of all products, materials and supplies.
Job Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks
- Confirm truck drivers arrive and depart with appropriate paperwork.
- Preparing products for shipment.
- Document product shipping
- Follow and encourage all safety practices
- Review shipments for quality and accuracy
- Track, trace and update shipment status
- Operate forklift, pallet jack, and other machinery needed to move items
- Maintain inventory of shipping materials
- Enter data into company ERP
- Pull orders and stock inventory
- Maintain a clean, neat and safe shipping/receiving environment
- Ensure dock safety
- Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment
- Prioritize shipments to meet customer needs
- Performs other duties as assigned
- One to two years shipping experience preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize projects to meet deadlines
- Forklift experience
- Strong sense of time organization and urgency
- Data entry skills
- Previous experience working with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to understand all safety regulations
- Ability to perform the physical labor necessary; lifting up to 75 pounds
- Experience in Microsoft Office and/or Google Docs
- Strong attention to detail
